Contact form and email
When you contact us, we use your name, email address, chosen topic and message to respond. Company and phone details are optional. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. Enquiries with no follow-up are deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires retention.
Providers and hosting
The website and the technical service for the contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States. The domain, DNS and email are managed by Combell nv, Skaldenstraat 121, 9042 Gent, Belgium. Enquiries are intended for our contact mailbox; they are not used for a newsletter or sold.
Using Netlify may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. The provider’s processing terms are described in its data processing agreement (DPA): https://www.netlify.com/pdf/netlify-dpa.pdf.
Abuse prevention
Your IP address is processed to limit abusive submissions. The form uses a technical counter associated with a hash of this address over a fifteen-minute window. Message contents are not stored in form logs.
Preferences and analytics
No advertising tools or third-party analytics are integrated. Fonts and visual assets are served by the site.

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or object where these rights apply. Contact us at the address provided on this page. You may also contact the competent data protection authority, including the CNPD in Luxembourg.
