Who is Nuvo for?
Independent professionals and small businesses in Luxembourg and nearby regions. We build websites and software, work on search visibility, review security and help you choose or manage your tools and hosting.
How is the quote calculated?
It depends on the work: pages, languages, features, available access and any support requested. Creation, provider costs and any subscriptions are listed separately.
Is monthly support mandatory?
No. Website creation and support are separate. Each plan defines included work, response times, exit terms and access handover.
Who owns the domain and accounts?
They remain in your name, and you keep control of your content. You receive the project source files and documentation. Third-party rights and licences are set out in writing.
Does SEO guarantee customers?
No. We work on content, site structure and local business information, then review searches, clicks and enquiries. Search engines decide on rankings; we do not promise a top position or a number of contacts.
Is a security review a penetration test?
No. We check only the components you authorise, then provide a report with priority fixes. We do not exploit vulnerabilities or issue certification. You agree in writing to what will be checked before work starts.
